Contest Entry: Kairi Limit Dr.

Okay, this was tougher than I thought it would be. Why?

1) I've never drawn Kairi. Ever. Up until now. So this was really something of an experiment for me as well.
2) I have openCanvas 4.5 Plus in a trial. I no longer have Photoshop ever since I had to return my laptop - this was all done on OC, with a bad mouse.
3) I had no idea what Drive form I really wanted. I ORIGINALLY wanted Wisdom, but I wanted to integrate part of Kairi's original outfit too, so I went with Limit.
4) HOW DO YOU MAKE A LIMIT FORM THAT INTEGRATES THE ORIGINAL OUTFIT YET ISN'T JUST A REHASH

So here we have my take on a Limit Drive for Kairi. Version 1 (far left) was my original one, which was done all in one go meshing what I wanted from KH1 Kairi into KH2 Kairi. It was then shown to a few good friends, who gave me advice on being careful about rehashing. So I decided to go for a Version 2 - the necklace from KH1 Kairi was instead placed on the zipper instead of the black choker which is now nonexistant. Version 2.1 and 2.2 to the right of v.2 had swapped colours - 2.1 being the lighter lavender and the white inside of the coat being swapped, and 2.2 having a more pink design to stay true to Kairi's KH2 outfit.

As you can see as well, I also added a black skirt notched at the sides and trimmed Kairi's coat/dress. I dunno, I felt as though all white just would not have worked for this design as well as a full dress/coat thing. =/

Good luck to all the others who entered 's Dead Fantasy Kairi Drive form contest - you guys all have such great entries. ;_; But I would REALLY love to see an Anti form.
